Welcome to the 21th century !
I have waited all my life to see such a moment happen, and the last 4 years to see obama to become elected president.
It’s a bit late and i feel so excited and ready to sleep (I am in Paris).
I agree with Arianna (Huffington), the internet was the number tool for winning this election. What i would like to see is how Obama will leverage theese millions of people involved in his online campain to help adress and solve the incredibly hard issues that the Us face : global terrorism, climate change, decline of the US, the worse crisis of the century, health care, China,…
I have the feeling that nothing will be the same anymore, and I love that feeling.

Now in October, We can see that a Single person can’t change the policies,
In this era decisions/policies are not depends on person’s wishes but on organization/Parliament.

Hello Tariq, love your work, had question for you, I couldn’t find an answer to it anywhere.. I was interested in finding out if Jolicloud could be installed on a XO OLPC Laptop successfully?
I read some tutorials that Ubuntu Netbook Remix could be installed, but that it runs poorly. Was wondering if JoliCloud could be configured to work with the XO Laptop? I have one that I wish to give to my 6 year old nephew for christmas and it’d be great if I could have Jolicloud on there for him (i already have it on one of my netbooks).

Hi tariq !
I’ve been following your activities specially with Joly Cloud (waiting for it).
Just few things to say about this article and the Internet part.
Obama’s administration is really very active in the Net, i don’t know if you checked their facebook app for live streaming but it’s quite amazing.
I just want to add that he built up his election on the Internet but he also continue to provide more and more content using this media which makes him the 1st to really consider it like an opportunity to be in touch with his followers more than an obligation.
